2. Shipping Destinations
United States
- We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
- Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses may not be available for all products. Please contact us prior to ordering to confirm availability and any applicable surcharges.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes for oversized or freight items, as carriers cannot deliver to them.

We plan to add additional regions in the future. When we do, this page will be updated.
3. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Free on all eligible orders shipped within the contiguous United States.
All shipping costs are displayed at checkout. There are no hidden fees from us. Local, state, or other applicable taxes are calculated at checkout where required by law.
4. Order Handling and Delivery Time
Total delivery time is 5 to 15 business days from the time you place your order. This total includes our order processing/handling time and the carrier's transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Processing time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
If a specific item requires additional handling or production time, it will be clearly indicated on the product page. That note will override the general timing above.
5. Large, Oversized, and Freight Items
Certain products — such as saunas, cold plunges, outdoor structures, and other large items — are delivered via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers rather than standard parcel carriers.
- Freight carriers will typically contact you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment.
- Standard freight delivery is curbside. Someone 18 years or older must be present to sign for and receive the shipment.
- Please inspect the packaging and the item at the time of delivery. Note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.
6. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Orders ship via trusted national carriers. We may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or LTL freight carriers based on destination, product size, and weight.
Shipment tracking
Every shipment includes tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Insurance
Shipments are generally covered against loss or damage in transit. If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us so we can assist with a claim or resolution.
7. Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to follow the delivery. If you do not receive a tracking email within the processing window, please check your spam folder or contact us.
8. Delivery Issues
Delayed or lost packages
If your delivery exceeds the 5 to 15 business day window, please email us at support@backyardluxuryco.com or call 1-616-741-3622 and we will investigate with the carrier.
Marked delivered but not received
- Confirm your shipping address is correct
- Check with neighbors, household members, or building management
- Check any safe or covered areas around the delivery location
- Contact us so we can assist with a carrier trace
Damaged packages
- Photograph the packaging and the item before opening or moving it
- For freight deliveries, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@backyardluxuryco.com
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
9. Missing Items
If something is missing from your package, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and the details of the missing item. We will send the missing item or issue a refund as appropriate.
10. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Certain items may not be returnable. See our full Return Policy for details.
- Return shipping: Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or not as described.
- Refund timing: Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the return, to the original payment method.
11. Address Accuracy
Please enter your address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to addresses entered incorrectly.
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Applicable reship fees may apply.
